Lemon peelBuild
- Place a coupe and a flute onto the bar.
- Build in a shaker.
- As you shake let anyone within earshot know how much you love a well-chilled coupe.
- Double strain into well-chilled coupe whilst looking disapprovingly at the flute.
- Top with champagne.
- Peel lemon, spritz, and rub around the rim.
- Trim lemon peel and float.
- Discard the flute into the trash. (optional)
