Lemon peel

Build

  1. Place a coupe and a flute onto the bar.
  2. Build in a shaker.
  3. As you shake let anyone within earshot know how much you love a well-chilled coupe.
  4. Double strain into well-chilled coupe whilst looking disapprovingly at the flute.
  5. Top with champagne.
  6. Peel lemon, spritz, and rub around the rim.
  7. Trim lemon peel and float.
  8. Discard the flute into the trash. (optional)
